OUR PATENTED PROCESS

The Process of Disinfectant Byproduct Reduction is currently Patent Pending.  We have been developing this process for the last 15 years and started study application over the past 5 years.  A brief overview of how this process works.

01

Integrated with current system

We start with your existing system.  Review water usage and demand and take initial samples to determine the best way to customize the process for your community.

02

Pre-Chlorination Treatment

Part of what makes this process different is the use of pre-chlorination.  Typically, during treatment the chlorination comes at the end right before distribution and that's where a number of DBPs are formed.  In our process, we will pre-chlorinate to filter out DBPs prior to distribution.

03

GAC, Resin, Aeration Filtration Process

Then through a series of filtration systems including GAC, Resin and Aeration, we reduce the DBPs from the water prior to distribution.

04

Chlorination & Distribution

At the end, we will re-chlorinate the water for distribution, but the amount needed will be greatly reduced and thus create fewer DBP's at distribution.  This provides cleaner, safer water for your communities.
